It’s crazy to observe how many people have become Thought Leaders on winning & losing, motivation and demotivation, rising and falling, mental analyzers of debacle effects, and content questioners of senior politicians and their commiserations for a team who seem prolifically devastated post the World Cup finals.
Just before I succumb to the wave of this obnoxious virus called ‘paralyses of analyses’ let me pop in 3 cents of my views so that we can stop oscillating with some simple logic:
Cent 1:
Winning and losing is a part of life. Get used to it, Dude! You just can’t win and lose at the same time. It’s won or it’s lost. Either which way, enjoy the ride. That’s the only guaranteed inevitable.
Cent 2:
Reaching the summit is no big deal. Most summits have, by and large, the same visuals of snowcapped mountains and a sunrise, if you’re lucky. After a while this will remain just another picture postcard for you and forgotten by the rest of the world. It’s the journey, Champ…the JOURNEY! Experientially unique and as incomparable as the previous one…good enough to skip the Gold!!
Cent 3:
When you decide to chase your dreams with all the passion you can muster from within, most often, the goal seems worthless and the game worth the distance. Make the ride incredibly thrilling. That’s what you’ll always be remembered for!!!
Evolve. It’s the only Continuous…
